Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (European Union)

  • Destinations: All countries within the European Union (EU).
  • Carriers: We use DPD or similar trusted couriers with tracking.

Delays and Exceptions

Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, report it within 3 days of delivery at support@baristaessenza.com with photos, and we’ll process a replacement or refund per our Return and Refund Policy.
  • For lost orders, notify us within 3 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
