Return and Refund Policy

At Barista Essenza, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 45-day return window from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Items must show no visible signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Consumable products, such as coffee beans or filters, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • For coffee machines and electrical equipment, returns must be in “like new” condition. Used items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team within 45 days of delivery at support@baristaessenza.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide a prepaid return shipping label if the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the return label.
  4. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For returns of unused products in original condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
  • For used or opened equipment, a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
  • If your order qualified for free shipping and you return part or all of your purchase, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for different products or replacements are handled similarly to returns. Contact us to confirm availability before returning your item.

Lost or Damaged Returns

  • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns. Barista Essenza is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if a prepaid label was not provided.
